Return Policy
- Eligibility: You may return most items within 14 business days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Nightshade Optics LLC.
- Condition: To be eligible for return, items must be in new, unused condition. All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included. Products that have been used, damaged, or are missing any components may not be eligible for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Return Authorization: To start a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the returned item is well-packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Nightshade Optics LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your refund within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, minus a 15% restocking fee.
- Exchange Policy:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your product. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a repair based on the manufacturer’s warranty.

- Restocking Fees: A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns that meet the conditions for return but are still being returned.
