Steps to Submit a Warranty Claim:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at nightshadeoptics@gmail.com or 352-221-0069. Please provide your order details, a description of the issue, and the product serial number.
2. Product Assessment: We review the issue and confirm whether it falls within the manufacturer’s warranty coverage. If necessary, we identify the correct brand contact — whether that is RIX Optics, Nocpix, DNT Optics, FatBoy Tripods, Sniper Hog Lights, Warrior Tripods, or Timney Triggers — and tell you what documentation the manufacturer needs.
3. Submit Claim to Manufacturer: If your product qualifies, we help submit all required documentation to the manufacturer. This includes proof of purchase, the product serial number, and a description of the issue.
4. Resolution: Once the claim reaches the manufacturer, they handle inspection and determine the warranty outcome. Depending on their policy, this may result in repair, replacement, or another approved solution.
